In the event a child withdraws and a refund is needed, it must be requested the day the child withdraws using the School Supplies Refund Form. The form can be found in the office, on the Bear PTA website – bearpta.blogspot.com, or obtained via email from Anna Wamsted at email@example.com.
Refunds will only be processed before May 24th and between August 1-6. No refund will be made during June and July or after August 6, 2018, the first day of school. By completing this sale, you agree to this policy. If a payment plan is needed, please contact Anna Wamsted prior to May 4, 2018.
